Surico Belle
Surico Belle is a stunning young female, she has all the qualities demanded by the discerning suri breeder: exceptional locking - independent to the skin, knock out lustre, fineness, and density. She has excellent conformation with a classic suri look of wedge shaped head, suri ears and a bearded chin.
Pedigree
Belle has an impeccable suri pedigree. Suri breeders serious about the quality of their breeding program should not pass up this rare opportunity to purchase some of the best suri genetics in the world.
Her sire – Surilana Parsifal – has a solid history of producing quality offspring, many are well known show winners including Surico Yulia (2005 National Supreme Champion) and Surico Trovatore (Multiple Supreme winner);
Her dam – Surico Clio - has also produced a number of quality offspring, including Surico Orlando (now in Switzerland) and Surico Oracle (in the 2009 show team). Her maternal Grand dam and namesake “Somerset Peru Silken Belle” was one of the most high-quality breeding females in the Surico herd, much of the elite sector of the herd is derived from this line, including Surico Silken Melody, Surico Ballerina, Surico Clio, Surico Athena, and Surico Trinket. This maternal line is prized at the top of the Surico breeding programme and has not been previously offered for sale in New Zealand.
Mating - Belle also comes mated to Surilana Mister B (E.T) winner of AAA Supreme award 2007 and whose services are only available in house.
Accoyo – Belle comes with an impressive Accoyo pedigree. Her sire Surilana Parsifal and maternal Grand sire Kaihere Accoyo Brilliante were imported from Accoyo. These males were selected by Jill Short founder of Surilana from Don Julio’s plantel herd, then imported to New Zealand via Australia, giving Surico Alpaca access to some of the world best suri genetics. Team this up with a mating to full Accoyo male Surilana Mister B (ET) and the resulting offspring will be 7/8 Accoyo bred.
