Alpaca Farm Tours at Surico

With beautiful views over Lake Rotorua we farm over 100 suri alpaca for their luxious fleece.  We invite you to visit this real life farming operation where you can see our majestic award winning suri alpaca or our cute pets with intriguing faces.

Located only 20 minutes from downtown Rotorua via the picturesque village of Ngongataha or if you take the scenic drive around Lake Rotorua we are only 20 minutes from the airport.

Booking required. As we are a working farm, make sure you let us know you are coming so we can be ready for your visit.

Each tour is approximately 60  mins and includes;

• Guided farm walk
• Feed an alpaca
• Walk an alpaca on a lead if available
• Enjoy wonderful views of Lake Rotorua
• Photo with an alpaca
